I am a highly effective creative problem solver with career-spanning organizational abilities, leadership, industry knowledge, communication and supervisory skills.

My career began as a part time messenger in the mailroom of Camden ITG, a prestigious and nationally recognized Beverly Hills based talent & literary agency. Groomed to become an agent, I quickly rose up in the ranks, ultimately being elevated to controller and office manager of the firm.

In 1996 I saw an opportunity to provide professional business management services to a wider variety of companies and individuals, and thus, Chapman Business Management was established.

In the subsequent years that have followed, the company has represented diversified industries inclusive of entertainment public relations & production, Spanish language television networks, talent & literary agencies, real estate professionals and arts and culture organizations among others.

Diverse responsibilities have included project management, implementing budgets and company policies & procedures, maintaining inventories, recruiting and hiring employees, contract administration, cultivating relationships with partners and suppliers, and evaluating business performance.
